We are thinking of buying a new set of luggage for our next trip. I have seen a Tripp 4 wheel set in Debenhams which I quite like and reasonably priced. Last time we brought a Samsonite Duffel Pull along from Macys which was nice too.

I've just been on the Macys website and the 4 wheel spinners seem so expensive...

we've just bought some new cases here. We had thought about doing in the US but I didn't know how we would get rid of our old cases over there! That said, most trips we've had to buy an extra case for all our shopping!

Got mine at Walmart - they had LOADS. Not sure what brand it is (it's hand-luggage side) but I've hauled it around with me for the past 3 years and it still looks brand-new. It was only about $80 after tax, too (the exchange rate at the time was $2 to £1 too!)

There used to be a Samsonite at the premium outlet mall. Dunno if it's still there - perhaps you could check? We got a good deal there

we have the tripp luggage and i cans ay the quality is brilliant, we have had them for years and still going strong

There seems to be quite a lot of good deals at the moment in the uk in luggage shops...clearing last years designs maybe before the summer? :goodvibes

We bought ours from an antler store in the sale for 1/2 price, the cases we got ( 2 large, 2 med, 1 carry on) are all expandable -- for all those souvenirs lol and light to save on the baggage allowance.

We have found some good quality cases in TK Maxx in the past.

If you are buying Tripp suitcases, only buy them in the sale at Debenhams. They get discounted by up to 70%. You can often find a discount code on one of the code websites (e.g. MSE) nd by going through Quidco, you can get cashback too.

We have hard suitcases and last year I bought one from ebay - brand new. We buy bright cases so that we can see them when they come off the flight.

It was a bargain price:thumbsup2
