Luggage When Changing Resorts

We are staying at POP May 24-May30. There is a slight chance that we may add on four nights (May 30-June 3) at either Wilderness Lodge or AKL. So my question is, will Disney transfer my luggage from POP to WL/AKL or will I have to take it?

Disney will handle it, between Disney resorts. No worries there.
