luggage using rental car/radisson

We stayed at the Hyatt Orlando Airport the night before our last cruise and they handled all our luggage. All we had to do was put it outside our room. If you use a rental car, can you drop off others in your party and the luggage before you return the rental? Also, if you stay at the radisson, do you have haul all your luggage to the shuttle. We are traveling with a toddler, so less luggage I have to handle the better. Thanks in advance.
