Luggage Transfer between Resorts

We are staying at three different resorts during our upcoming 9 day trip. I know that Disney has resort luggage transfer but I can't remember the timing. Do I have to have my bags ready at a certain time of day to guarantee same day bag arrival? Assuming I have the bags ready around check- out time of 11am, is there a guaranteed time they will arrive to my next resort?

I would check with the luggage desk at each hotel. You can call the hotel before your trip to find out what their policy is (I would assume it is different depending on the hotel), and the double check once you are there. If the past, we were given a time before the actual checkout time.

Bell Services transfers the bags in the afternoon and should be available at the next resort late afternoon. I doubt anyone in Disney would guarantee a time but they may give you a a ball park time. If there's something you might need, it's best to keep it with you.

In the past we were told the bags would be at our next resort after 3pm. We spent the day at the pool, checked in at our new resort, and waited for our room to be ready. It was ready around 4 and when we called Bell Services, the bags were brought right up.

That is great. I didn't care too much about the time but wanted to be sure they'd arrive same day and before we need to dress for dinner. Thanks!
