Can someone verify are there different colors for luggage tags? I like many have been moving around between ships and rooms. Trying to understand if I should use the tags (if they are the correct color) or should leave them off asking for the bags to be tagged at port instead.

Our room is Cat V on the Dream. After we moved over from the Fantasy to the Dream b2b we downgraded to the Cat 4E so the tags were created with that info from last Monday.

I'm not sure there's a difference. As long as the tag you're using is for the ship you're actually sailing, it's my understanding they scan the bar code that's on it. And that should match with what room your reservation says.

Each Ship historically has had different colors. Whether they do now is anyones guess? i wouldn’t tag my bags with any that had the wrong ship as I’d hate for someone to see it and think it didnt belong And leave it in lthe termina.

Its the right ship just wrong room.

Concierge tags have the crossed Mickey keys. Other areas of the ship don’t use those.

If you’re concerned, you could just wait and get tags from the porter before you board.

As long as you are on the same reservation number it should be fine. We changed rooms and the luggage tags I received have the old room number. I called and they said I did not need new ones. They use the barcode and not the number printed on the tag.

That said, I do plan to take a sharpie and cross out the old number and write in the new one on my tags.
