We've booked a land/sea vacation through a travel agent, but booked our airfare on our own, and have yet to settle on ground transportion. We were going to try using Disney motorcoach as our transportion to and from the aiport and Port Canaveral. If we've booked our own flights though, will we have to pick up our own luggage at the airport and take to the motorcoach on our way to the resort or is this included in the service? I know that Disney will pick up our bags at the resort when we are on our way to the ship, but what about at the airport on arrival?

I believe you pick up your own bags. You might call the TA and find out.
