Luggage overnight?

My family is adding a day on the front end of our stay to maximize park time. We opted to stay at ASMo to save money and will move to AoA the following day. Now my question is if we pack for the overnight in one bag can we leave our other luggage overnight with luggage assistance or will we have to haul it to the room and back? We'll be flying in late in the evening and hopefully switching resorts first thing in the morning.

I can't answer about whether they're hold it or not, but I have done similar. I just have bell services come to my room on the check out morning. I call bell services when I'm ready to leave, and say I need my luggage moved to another resort. They ask how many bags, come to the room, tag them all up, and give me the claim checks. I didn't even have to go down to bell services. Super easy.

If you are using the yellow tags on your luggage DME will deliver your luggage so when you arrive at ASMo stop at luggage assistance/bell services and let them know you do not want your luggage delivered to the room that evening. Once in your room put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The next morning stop by luggage assistance and arrange to have your luggage transferred to AoA. It won't arrive until late afternoon so be sure you have packed everything you need for the day. You have to be in your room at AoA in order to have your bags delivered.

Awesome! I was hoping something like that would be possible. It seemed like such a waste to have them deliver it to the room just to get picked up again a few hours later.
