I'm not sure if this will work for everyone (since I did actually match 2 numbers a week or two ago). Anyway, try the link below and click on the eBags logo. If you're "lucky" it will say "Welcome LuckySurf Visitor! - Take $10 off your next purchase at eBags! Some restrictions apply" near the top of the screen that opens up.

I was able to order anything and get $10 off. You still have to pay shipping (even if you actually spend less than $10).
I actually used this link twice (well, the one that was in my email--I suppose if I was truly "dishonest" I would have placed 4 separate orders since each item I ordered was under $10 and only paid the $4.99 each shipping, but I couldn't do that). Of course my second package was supposedly delivered today, but it certainly wasn't on my doorstep (eBags is tracing it)!
Like I said, I don't know if this will show up for everyone else, but I figured it might be worth a try to pass along.
