Closed, it's been closed for a while. They didn't get much business so they've closed it down.

In all the trips I have made to DCA I have never seen this open, even during busy holiday times (NYE, Easter, Thanksgiving)

I ate there the first or second summer of DCA. Though my memory of when has faded; my memory of the food hasn't. It was terrible. Really, it's no big lost being closed.
