Has anyone eaten at the pub in England for lunch?

Not the pub, but at Rose & Crown.....It's one of our favs!

We had the most delicious pub grub there in Sept. It's a hot dog (banger) thingie with mashed potato and cheese called a Bulldog:

English Bulldog - Split Banger stuffed with Mashed Potatoes, Chopped Bacon, Irish Cheddar, and a Spiced Mustard Sauce $6.99
It was pretty cool because they let us order from the pub menu and eat on the patio
