We went in October 2010 and loved it. I know people say that the luau isn't as great as in Hawaii but for those of us who have never been to Hawaii it was amazing.
The audience were divided into groups of Islands. The story of a girl's family doesn't seem to have changed but each group of dancers were linked to an island and therefore a part of the audience. The all inclusive food was fantastic (except for the dessert which was awful but I'm sure I read has changed).
The all inclusive drinks were nice and the server would have given us loads more than we wanted if requested. We kept having to decline alcohol!!!
The finale was the fire dancer and we thought the other dances were good but he was awesome (my ds who had found it 'ok' up until then - at 12 - felt that the fire dancer was worth the cost alone!!!)
We would definitely go again but even in October it was very very warm.
