LTT question

We just came back from our 7 day trip and had dinner again at LTT. It is a favorite of ours. We all loved the sauce/gravy on the ham. Anyone know what it is? It had flavors of apple and mustard in it. I checked on the site that has all the menus, but it wasn't available.

We were told that it was a pineapple mustard sauce. It's similar, but still just a bit different from the sauce that you get at Honeybaked.
