LTT on dining plan only for lunch?

I'm looking at the dining plan brochure I printed off of the wdw website and it lists LTT as a Dinsey Dining Plan Rest. but only says lunch next to it...
Do they only serve lunch or do they serve dinner too and it is just not on the dining plan?

Go up a few lines...it says Goofy's Liberate Your Appetite Character Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern, 1 Table Service Meal.
