My wife and I are trying to plan dinner at MK for our first night.
Which do you prefer, LTT dinner or Cinderella's Castle dinner?
Do you suggest a PS? Earlier or later seating for the crowds?
Thanks for the input.

Hi Marc,

What time of the year are you planning to go? This helps make the decision because it could already be booked during the busy season. Also, do you want a charcter meal? LTT is a charcter meal that my dh and I enjoy very much and he has requested again this trip. It's very much a meat and potatoes kind of place with great food in my opinion. I haven't had the pleasure of dining in the castle but hope to try that this year. I'm sure not matter what you choose you will have a great time.

Off topic, I have to ask is Hoffman Estates an actual town and was it developed by a group realtors by that name? Weird I know but my last name is Hoffmann and my in-laws are realtors/developers and I thought once I had heard about this. Thanks for letting me be nosy.

My family would prefer CRT. LTT is a nice restaurant and you have the characters. But there's something about eating inside Cinderella's Castle that just can't be beat!

Your wait staff can try and rush you - but we've found that if we set the pace, all is well and we enjoy dinner at our speed. We have gone at just about every time offered over the years. It is usually a full restaurant so timing doesn't matter that much. If we want to do the fireworks, we do a late breakfast before going to the parks and then an early dinner at CRT. If seeing the fireworks doesn't matter, we enjoy a later dinner to enjoy the night-time lights.

I was debating over that as well... I ended up choosing CRT because of the castle. And now my DH is being frugle about money (little too cheap if you ask me) and with LLT you HAVE to pay per person where CRT you could share a meal and cut costs.

Although if you want to do a character dining it is easy since LLT is at the park. If you are like us staying onsite but with no car, it's easier to do a character meal at the park rather than taking forever to get to one of the resorts unless you are nearby or staying a resort with a character meal.
