How long did it take for yours to come, I've done it twice on line. 1st time in early spring, didn't get it, so tried again, 1st week of june how long should I wait. we are going 1st week in sept. and starting to get worried. thanks MKY

I ordered mine back in April and never did get it! You can, however, call Lowes First and explain that you need your number. They will look it up for you. The number is all you need when you check in.

Yes, I ordered mine over the phone, and recieved my Lowes number right away. That way, if I don't get the card in time...atleast I'll have the number!

Just give them a call...if they don't have a record of your order, they'll atleast sign you up right then and there..and atleast you'll have your number.

I also ordered mine back in April and never got it. I called and got my number and did get the amenity at the HRH. They told me the card was mailed, but I sure haven't seen it.

I tried to order mine online the other day, and it came back undeliverable. I will call tommorrow to get it. What are the benefits besides Milk and Cookies?

Hi laurenk, when I joined loews a while back online my card also never came and I had to call. When you call they will give you you're membership number and send one out to you. These are the benefits:
