I am in the early stages of planning my first trip after a kidney transplant. I am on a low sodium diet. I also cannot eat at buffets or have any uncooked produce. I know that TS restaurants can accommodate special requests if I note them on my ADR. I was wondering if there are also any counter service choices that are low sodium. Breakfast is fine, since I usually eat a light breakfast anyway. I was mostly concerned about grabbing a quick lunch in the parks. I have seen turkey sandwiches and yogurt on some menus, but is there anything else that anyone can suggest for a little more variety?
