Can anyone tell me when the low and high season is at DLP?
Were going next June 11th-17th, will that be low or high and also, will it be busy?
Finally, is it true that schools are shut on Wednesdays?

next year your dates avoid all the French public holidays, so that will be low season :). Yes, local schools are closed on Wednesdays, but to be honest in low season you are unlikely to notice much difference in crowd levels on a Wednesday compared to other midweek days - we never have.

Yay I'm chuffed that I miss the holidays, I hope not alot of people see my dates and secide to go or else it will be paked haha.
Thank you (how weird that they have a day off right in the middle of the week)

Its usually only a half day as many shops in smaller towns close on a Wednesday afternoon too. The school children then make the half day up on Saturday morning

Not any more they don't ;)

Infants,Primary and Juniors school go 4 full days a week - Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri

No Wednesdays or Saturdays. They have always had all day Wednesday off and Saturdays mornings were done away with in Septembre 2008

The College (11-13) depends on wether they are private or publique for the Wednesday morning but again no one goes in on a Saturday :thumbsup2

Bet my DDs wish we lived in France - they'd have loved a 4 day week! :lmao:
