I am planning a trip with my husband in May and I need to find out what options there are as far as being able to get Low Carb & Gluten Free Foods. I know that others have stated you can get produce in some of the shops. I am just wondering if I even need to order any groceries and have them delivered to our room. A lot I can bring with us in our suitcase. Obviously I cannot bring Fresh Produce or things that will spoil. Do they have things like Milk and Cheese and stuff that you can buy anywhere on the grounds or would I have to venture outside of WDW to get something like that. We are flying in and not bringing a car and we won't be renting as we are staying onsite. We are only staying from Monday to Friday of that same week and will be eating most of our meals in our room. We may dine out a couple times while there if our budget permits. Any thoughts?

Where are you staying? We stayed at BLT and there was a store in CR that had quite a bit of food such as milk, cheese, eggs, lunch meat, bacon, cereals, etc. Even a small amount of fresh produce available.

My MIL is gf and she brought the majority of her foods (her bread, snacks, etc) on the plane and then bought some cold items at the CR store. If you are staying at a resort with villas, then I'm guessing the store there will have many of the items you are looking for. I called ahead before we went to check so maybe call and see.

Be aware the prices will be higher than a regular grocery store but unless you just need a ton of food, the small price increase may offset any fees and tip you would have to pay for grocery delivery.
