My Disney Movie Rewards account has been locked for a few months. Who knows why. I have been working with them patiently through email and never could get it unlocked (I am computer illiterate). Finally after sending a pleading email, I was able to talk to a live person and YAY! I have my account back and can print coupons again.

Glad you finally got it unlocked!

Bunches of accounts got locked up when they were changing over their website. Lots of discussion about it, with info on how to get to a live person mentioned on threads around here. They even talked about how to do it on their facebook page, LOL. But if you're not savvy, computer-wise, it's hard, I do know that.
