Lounges to watch fireworks

We are doing Spirit of Aloha on our arrival day, the 515 show so we should be done by 715ish. We dont plan on a park or being out too late but I am wondering about suggestions for getting a drink or two to relax and watch the MK foreworks. Does anybody have any suggestions for where the best place is to do this? 2 adults no kids. Thanks

You can see the fireworks from the Trader Sam's outdoor patio, so you could simply stay put at Poly if you'd like.

We stayed at the Contemporary earlier this year and there is an outdoor patio area that most people don't seem to realize is there that is a great place to sit and watch the MK fireworks. It is on the same floor as Chef Mickey's (not sure what # they call that), but at the opposite end of the floor. You walk past the large gift shop and there are doors to the outside area.

Sure! Sounds like you'll have plenty of time before the fireworks - I would definitely try to get some seats inside first to see the effects and antics and then make your way to the outdoor patio for the fireworks!
