I read somewhere that usually by 9 pm - 10 pm things are getting quiet. If I am eating at the later time, are the lounges still open when dinner is over??

Yes. There's often something going on late in the Tube. Or O'Gills. Skyline and Oh-la-la are quieter venues.

I spent a few nights in Skyline. They were open until midnight.

The lounges are open late ... until 12-2am. However after 11 even the tube dies down. That has been my experience with the 2 disney cruises I have been on. I am a night owl and we just hang out and dance even if there are only 5 other people in the bar
