Lounges in park...

Doing our first adult only trip over labor day weekend and was wondering how easy it is to get seating at some of the in-park lounges... specifically Baseline and Brown Derby? I'm assuming we'll have better luck if we walk up at off times, but was wondering how difficult it is to get a table? Any other good places for an adult drink/snack that I'm not thinking of? Thanks in advance!

We love the Brown Derby lounge. Off hours is important and they will take your number and text you when the table is ready.

Both are popular but not impossible. Baseline is seat yourself. Brown Derby Lounge keeps a wait list / manages a line so it's a bit more orderly. Nomad Lounge in Animal Kingdom is definitely worth a visit. I believe they use a virtual walk-up list you can join on the app or approach the host stand. Tutto Gusto in the Italy pavilion in EPCOT is another good spot -- it is currently not open as a lounge (using it as overflow from Tutto Italia restaurant) but hopefully by Labor Day it will be back to lounge status. We also enjoy La Cava de Tequila in the Mexico pavilion but it is very small and snacks are chips/salsa, guac and queso (which are all great). No lounges in the Magic Kingdom but there are several at the resorts within walk/boat/monorail distance-- Steakhouse 71, Enchanted Rose, Geyser Point, Tambu Lounge, Trader Sam's.

We walked up to Baseline at 10:45am this past Friday to get in line. It was already open even though it’s suppose to open at 11am. The park was quite crowded, but there was plenty of seating and I had no wait for our pretzel and drinks. That was a first. Normally we rope drop Baseline!
