I'm pretty positive that it is laid out differently, and I believe she sails in Feb or March, so I'll ask her to post!

Wifey saw the pics of kitchenette and asked, "what are we moving in?!?" Imagine having that for TA cruise and stocking up the under counter wine fridge with our favorites? YUM I'm incredibly psyched about this adult only - no kiddo trip, albeit brief

I haven't had to upgrade and I've been using it since 2005, so I guess I should consider myself lucky! I just bought two years, I don't want to mess with it more often than that. I thought about deleting, but I have too many embeded links in my website, I would mess up a ton of things!

I saw pics of 12000 on facebook. It is the opposite of the one bedroom pictured here, but it is the same. Except for the veranda, which is HUGE! No difference in shape, as far as I can tell.

I will remember not to dance around naked on the veranda when we are in 12000 next month. It would give my neighbors in the royal suite a fright

Ha- we definitely would have made use of a microwave in a cat 3 room... I gather it's probably not in the equivalent category on Dream- but I'm just saying. that will come in handy at times in the rooms that have it!

Boy that verandah is huge but you'd always be looking thru glass even when standing at the railing? bummer

That concierge gate is ridick! Seriously... I think it's funny. I guarantee you my son could climb over that in a heartbeat and easy as pie... not that he would (he better not! Not if he wants to be able to walk right the next day LOL) but just saying it would be so easy for any able bodied person. And it looks tacky. No skin off my back except when trying to do FE's and/or attend parties and get togethers with those in concierge (which believe it or not happens quite often- with friends from the DIS, our TA often times has a concierge room on cruises we're on and does social gatherings/parties and such) but if I'm ever IN one of those concierge rooms- it'll be annoying. No one can come by without me escorting them or working it out ahead of time and that means even our children, unless we gave them the key which would also mean they could waltz into our room whenever they wanted and um DH likes his privacy... it's why we still book 2 rooms even when one of them is concierge and could fit all 5 of us in there!

Did they change the amenities (shampoo/etc.) they provide in all the rooms or only in the suites?
(nevermind. Just saw pics in another thread that showed inside/oceanview rooms... not concierge... with the same bathroom amenities as always. Yay!)

Hey, at least the gates are open at the top, large enough to swim under if the ship was turned over by a "massive tidal wave" like in the Poseidon Adventure.

Am I the only one who thinks the carpet in the Concierge Family Stateroom with Verandah is a bit much?
