Which are your favorites lounges for a quick bite? I'll be solo next trip and hate sitting alone in restaurants. I'm looking for a light lunch and, of course a drink or two. I love trying new beers and would like to avoid burgers or too much fried. Really good desserts are a plus!

Right now I have the Brown Derby Lounge in mind for the Cobb Salad and Fin du Monde. Also looking at Territory Lounge at the Wilderness Lodge foe mushroom soup and berry cobbler.

Thanks!

I enjoy sitting at the bar in Sanaa at Kidani. The food is really good there and so are the drinks. Another one of my favorite spots is the Wave. Nice bar atmosphere and great location.

Tune-In Lounge, good beer selection there.

Bluezoo Lounge, great bar and knowledgeable bartenders. You can get the crab nachos but two of us couldn't finish it last time so not sure if I'd give a solo a chance!

Victoria Falls Lounge, South African wines and beers, not a ton in the way of food but they do have a cheese board and African "tapas".

California Grill Lounge, for the view.

La Cava del Tequila, always have to have a margarita here and maybe a bonus tequila...

Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar, nice for a glass of wine and a charcuterie board.

Boathouse for the beer selection, but I wasn't impressed with the food. Haven't tried Jock Lindsey yet but maybe they have better bites.

Territory Lounge is our favorite. We also like the Tune-In Lounge attached to 50s PT in DHS. The bartenders are great and you can order from the 50s PT menu.

Territory Lounge is very good. We also love Tambu Lounge at the Poly for the Pulled Pork nachos and 'Ohana Bread Pudding.

I second La Cava except good luck getting a table, I swear that place needs to either take ADRs or fix what they broke. Last time we were there, there was a que. No problem, we don't mind standing in line so we jumped in. Got to the head of the line and the person told us we could only go to the bar and get a drink to go, this line wasn't for tables. I kind of questioned the validity of such, and she let us go in and grab a table but it took forever for someone to wait on us. Evidently there is some secret password or code you are supposed to use but we didn't know what it was. When it first opened, you just went in, stood at the bar until a table opened and sat down.

Tune In is a fav when H & I travel sans kiddos. Love being able to order from the full 50's menu and not having to stick to an ADR. Bonus, they accept TIW!

Crews Cup at Yacht Club. Awesome truffle fries and great atmosphere.

California Grill for more than just the view. Had dinner at the bar with a pretty large appetizer, some bread and 2 cocktails...for $30. (I have Tables in Wonderland).

La Cava is so small and has become so popular that they now have to do traffic control, which also means you can't just walk in and take a table anymore.

Thanks for the suggestions! This would be at lunch, I'm assuming the lounge at Cali Grill wouldn't be open then? Would be fab if it were!

I didn't say so but I really don't need anything for my Epcot days, I'll be enjoying all of the goodies at the Flower and Garden kiosks.

I think the wave offers beer flights. I've done wine flights there. Good appetizers and you can order the full menu at the bar.

Here is a list of our favourite lounges to stop in for a quick bite and adult beverages:

Tune In Lounge - One of, if not our favourite places on property. Food is always good, very consistent and the prices are lower, relatively speaking than most other lounges n adult beverages. Decent beer selection depending on your idea of "good" beer. Have some good Florida beers you can try if you cannot get them elsewhere.

Rose & Crown - Obviously everyone knows about this spot. However, we typically get Fish & Chips from the QS station outside and just bring it in to eat. Have never had an issue doing this and it is cheaper than the dinning menu inside.

Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge - Great for people watching right off Sunset Blvd. We enjoy the Derby Sliders and/or Cheese Board there with a Martini or three :)

La Cava - As mentioned, this spot can be really hit or miss for crowd levels. I have been at times and we were one of the only people in there. Also have been where there is a massive wait and we just move along. Not a lot of food options, but you go for the drinks and atmosphere.

For lunch it would have to be The Wave.

There are not a lot of resort lounges open at lunch. Some are.
