Lots of question!!

Hi everyone! I am new to the boards and thought I would ask all of you experts out there a few questions. We will be staying at PBH from 12/6-12/13/08, in a deluxe queen, club level room. We have been to Disney 3 times in the past 10 years, but never to Universal. Well....here are my questions:
1-Is there free wi-fi in the club room ?(my teen will want to use her laptop)
2-Which rental car agency is located at PBH?
3-Has any one used FL Tours as their transportation to PBH and back to the airport at the end of the trip? If so, do you recommend them?
4-Is Universal Studios and IOA decorated for the holidays? Disney's decorating is over the top, and I just loved it!
5-How does Universal/IOA compare to Disney? Is it just as awesome?
We are so excited about our trip. It is still 5 months away, but we just can't wait! Thanks in advance for answering my questions!

....curious to know about the transportation as well. I've seen them on the internet and they seem to have good prices.

Can't answer you on the Wifi because we didn't have a laptop. Hertz is the onsite rental car agency. US/IOA both are decorated and so is the PBH, plus I think they will have a macys Xmas parade for the dates you are there, not sure on that tho. And US/IOA and Disney don't compare to each other, they are both different and awesome in their own ways. Go in with an open mind and not compare the two and you will have a blast!!!!

sunshine, we are Disney regulars who stayed at Portofino Bay in October '06. We found the hotel lovely, theming is great. The parks were definintely not as busy as the Disney parks, they were closing at 6PM nightly when we were there whether there was HHN scheduled or not. The food, IMO, is better at the Universal parks. I did feel, however, that the rides were shorter, but FOTL is great. Oh yeah, bring ponchos, it seems like every ride at IOA is designed to get you wet! One thing I disliked was being forced to use lockers on some rides. We had an experience at the Mummy where the locker refused to open and it caused a huge delay for us.

why would you?
really, no one at universal would care if you did. it's not an issue there at that park. people use what they have bought no matter from where it came from.

but do the universal ponchos at disney and you will hear comments.
i speak from first hand experience.
