Hey there!
I see you’ve found me latest PTR/Half-Marathon training plan!
If you’re new to my PTR’s/TR’s, welcome!
If you’ve been around the block a few times with me, thanks for coming back!
My name is Allison, and I’ll be your narrator for this thrilling journey!
I’m a long time Disney lover, and frequently convince my family to join me in Walt Disney World for weekend-long trips! I’m a HUGE foodie, and most – if not all – of my trips are built around food and dining reservations.
I also love photography. If the Dis didn’t limit me to uploading 10 photos per post, you would be seeing A LOT more of my pictures.
I’ve written a handful of other TR and one other PTR. I’ll list those here:
PTR: It's Time for a Merry PTR ~ December 2015
TR: Boo to You! An Early Halloween Adventure to WDW ~ September 2013
I Went to WDW and All I Got was Soaked! ~ November 2013 (Sadly I lost the notes and wasn't able to finish this TR)
Hold Onto Your Bag, It's a Pretty Wild Ride! ~ December 2015
After you’ve read those and caught up on my adventures, you’ll be ready to join me on my next one!
This PTR is going to be all about my upcoming trip to Walt Disney World this November. I’ll be running in the Wine and Dine Half-Marathon
, and the trip is going to be built around the race.
This means that this PTR is going to be a little different because it’s going to include training updates and race recaps in addition to Disney plans and reservation updates.
In case you’re only interested in the training updates or the Disney updates I’ll break up my content by putting it under different subheadings. Hopefully you’ll hang around to read both though because there will definitely be some overlap.
I’d also love to get to know those of you who follow along, so please let me know if you’re joining in and answer this question for me: What is your favorite thing you’ve ever eaten at Disney?
My answer: Ohana Bread Pudding! I could write thousands of words about how great Ohana Bread Pudding is. It is just THAT good!
Well, that about covers the intro, so ta-ta for now!
