Hi Stephanie!! I'm all caught up!! It's sooo late here but I was bound and determined to read all of your posts so far! I'm so glad that Lillian got to meet the princesses AND the fairies!! (I'm hoping we get to meet Vidia this next trip) She looks like she was in total awe of them! How magical! Can't wait to read more!!

Fair enough. I don't know her, so admittedly, you do have that benefit. Also, as another poster mentioned, on a message board, you can't read 'tone'. It is possible I read the 'tone' of the post wrong and the poster has said as much in another post, and I will take her at her word.

So, with that, continue on with your trip report. The reason I even began reading this TR is because we have considered asking/taking relatives and I like to see any pitfalls that may present themselves.

we started going to dlr/wdw with 26 family/relitives and friends. we had very minor meltdowns and confussion. BUT we also take several vactions together so we are used to each other and our strange quirks. now we are down to six of us and we think our best times at the parks was with all our frinds and relitives. especially when we would get together, like for the holidays, we all had input on our favorite memories of the disney trip

great Princess and Fairy meet and greets...aren't the Princesses in TT just wonderful we loved meeting them in 08 it was a wonderful and very memorable experience for the kids and I too

your decision to go to MK really worked out so well can't wait for the next park day!

Awesome update, I love the pictures of Lilian with princesses (especially you guys had a private session) and
We went to Disney at our son 3rd birthday and the CM said follow me and we went in a room with Mickey and a Photopass Photographer and spend 10 mins by ourself

I'm glad the drink tip was a new one for you. Not all the QS offer them, but it is good to know in case they do. Lilian loved meeting them and is constantly talking about meeting them still.

I think it honestly depends on the combination of people and personalities. Two of the grandparents did NOT like each other so it made it a bit miserable until they learned to deal with each other and/or stay away depending on the moment.

Thanks Julie! The Princesses were amazing. We enjoyed Rosetta and Vidia more than Tinker Bell but we still had amazing experience with them all.

It did seem like a good decision--it set Lilian's birthday celebration off on the right note.

Nope, boys don't appreciate as much (although now that they are older and if the princesses were "hot" in their eyes it would be a different story. :

that was the case in feb when my oldest ds had his pics taken with Belle....

After the Princesses, we went back out in the store and Lilian declared she would like to meet Tinker Bell and the other Fairies. We came out and hoped the line for the Fairies would be manageable.
Lilian was excited to see them!

I am so jealous. After enough trips to WDW, you would think that I would know about this, but I did not! Can you imagine? My dd literally gasped when she saw the picture of Lillian with Tinkerbell. What an awesome picture,

I love your trip report. The pics are great and take me back to my last two trips at Disney. I went with my Mom and had to deal with all the problems you stated. Only she was only one person. I can't imagine what it would have been like if it would have been more.

The pic's with the princesses were precious. Even though it didn't go quite as you had hoped with Cinderella, Aurora walking your DD over to Cindy was quite sweet. And the pic's with Belle were exceptional I thought

I have a teen boy so I'm oblivious to the whole fairy thing (who's sad, glad, mad ) but the pic's were good too. Great idea to take a picture of the autographs

Happy Halloween!!​

I left off at the end of Day One, so onto Day Two (finally). After our early night before, we were on our way to Epcot this morning. My alarm was set for 5:45 but while I was on vacation, I still had to study. I showered and worked on school things, woke up Allyn at 6:30 and he jumped up into the shower. While in the shower, I set out the Tinker Bell gifts for the morning. She got two of the Fairy statues: Tink and Silver Mist. We woke Lilian up at 6:45, she spotted her gift from Tinker Bell:

You can see Lilian is not quite awake yet! She was a trooper this morning, no complaining just needed a bit of time to wake up. After getting her dressed, I put together our vignette for our Mousekeeper for the day.

Would she play our game with us? We would have to wait and see later today. We were off to meet the rest of the group to head to Pepper Market—our first time there this trip, by 7:25 this morning. Reading the amazing CSR Thread but on by Kathy (KatMark), I knew it was a bit different than some of the QS at resorts and to expect to have a gratuity added to our bill. There were also some mixed reviews on the food, but I maintain to each their own—what I like you might not like and vice versa. I was looking forward to walking around CSR since we had not yesterday but this was the site we saw:

It was a pretty thick fog, so needless to say I did not get many pictures this morning and the few I did look like the one above. Once arriving at PM, we were quickly greeted and seated. Our server came, got drink orders and everyone but DH stayed back. I went to get Lilian her breakfast and mine then DH went to get his. I did not think things took overly long to prepare so he was okay with waiting. DH decided to be goofy this morning:

Lilian’s breakfast: Eggs, potatoes and she ate, I mean shared , my blueberry muffin

I had: Eggs, hashbrowns and bacon (and that elusive blueberry muffin)--no picture of mine because it was pretty much the above

DH decided on the French Toast and bacon
Overall, I would say the food was pretty good. The bacon was not my favorite but the made to order eggs were great. What did our meal cost?

Coke: $2.39
Coffee: $2.19
Breakfast Platter (mine): $9.50
Child’s Breakfast: $4.99
French Toast: $9.25

Subtotal: $28.32
Service charge: $2.83 (we left an additional tip on the table in cash)
Tax: $2.03
Total Amount for our breakfast: $33.18 (not cheap for a QS breakfast meal!!)​
