Lost ticket??

I bought 3 day tickets in 2000 when they were they non-expire kind. We had one day left on one ticket and I can't find the ticket. I do have the receipt. I know at Disney they can find the ticket with the receipt; can Universal do the same?

We aren't going till August and I might find the ticket by then but will have to decide what to do if I don't find it.

Yes, Universal can do the same thing. Go to Guest Services.
