Lost Ticker Question

We just got back from our trip to the World and I lost my wife's annual pass ticket and her ticket with the waterpark option. There are days left on the waterpark option and I was wondering if there is somebody I should contact to let them know they are lost. We are going to go back in October, but I would hate it if somebody used our waterpark options.

The week we were there, they did not scan our fingers one time. This is why I think it would be easy to use.

Both can be replaced at Guest Services at any of the parks or DD.

It helps if you have the original receipt - we make a copy of the pass and keep the receipt just in case. We have replaced APs a couple of time and just replaced a 10-day MYW last week using the receipt. I think they can also replace APs just be name/address - not sure about the MYW pass.

If someone finds the pass they could use the water options if the scanners are turned off, but not if they are being used. Last week, the scanners were not being used Mon - Wed, but we had to use the finger scan on Thursday at BB and Friday at DHS and MK.

I'd see what Guest Services can do for you.

Unless you have some kind of receipt with the ticket numbers on it, or a copy of the tickets, I believe you are out of luck. A few years ago, we lost 4 brand new 10day hoppers w/water park, no expiration, worth approx, $1600...I had not had a chance to make a copy of them yet, 'cause we had just purchased them, but I did have my receipt...they were able to replace them, but only because I had the receipt...please keep in mind they are not obligated to replace lost or stolen tickets, as it clearly states on the back of every ticket...but they do tell you to make a copy of the info. on the back, for just this very reason...they are very accommodating, but I think you have to give them some info. to go from, not just we lost a ticket.
