Lost Question SPOILERS

We did not watch Lost when it was on last year, but have been renting and watching it on DVD. We just finished the episoide when Boone dies and Claire had her baby (please dont spoil beyond that point)
Anyway, as we started watching one of the episodes, it showed a clip that was supposedly from a previous show....the clip showed Locke in a wheelchair yelling at someone in a store. I dont remember seeing that scene in a previous episode. Even DH looked confused when they showed that scene.
Are we losing it, or was this a mistake?

I think you missed that backstory. Maybe called Walkabout?
