Lost property behind the POP Century

Anyone know the History of the buildings across hour glass lake from the POP Century, I heard it was part of a "Legends" project where it highlighted 1900, 1910,1920 and so on. nearly in front ot the POP Century is a couple of what appears to be abandoned brown building similar in construction to all of the budget priced resorts......anyone?

yea it was surpose to be part of the Pop century. so far Disney is not doing anything to it.

they promised no new WDW hotels for 5 years a few years ago to their stockholders.

so guess they are waiting for that promise to end before starting up again.

with this economy might be alot longer than that.

there is also a rumor that these will be suites not WDW hotels. Also another rumor they may be value DVC resorts - all the other dvc resorts are deluxes - so don't know what this one.

just think of them as what a disney resort would look like post-apocalypse...
