Lost Park Pass?

Does anyone know if you had a 5 day park hopper plus pass and you only used 4 days and one h20 park day and now can't find it! if there is any way Disney can check to see that it had'nt been used and reissue one for the remainder time left on the pass?? Thanks ahead for any feed back.

Disney can replace the hoppers if

1) you have a copy of the code numbers from the back of the ticket -or-
2) sometimes, if several other people in your family purchased hopers at about the same time and they have THEIR hoppers, Disney can look up the puchase and find the "missing" ticket number

Do you have a photocopy of the reverse side of the pass? The serial numbers on the back of the pass can be looked up by Guest Relations and if it hasn't been used up, a pass can be re-issue for the remaining days. They may ask you about the last time you used the pass and perhap where you had purchased it. If you have other passes that were purchased at the same time as the missing pass, you might be able to determine its serial number since they are printed in sequence.

If you purchased the pass from Disney (either at a Disney Store, online or at the parks), they may be able to trace it thru a receipt. Your credit card company might be able to help you out with that if you no longer have the receipt.

Unfortunately, the proceedures the otehrs mentioned can only be done at WDW. There is no phone number, email address, snail mail address, or other place to get your ticket replaced.

Thanks for the info they were all purchased together so hopefully tracking it thru the serial #'s will be our best bet thanks again!
