Lost ID - any other way to board a domestic flight?

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but just making sure.
My mother-in-law has a domestic flight tomorrow, and just realized she can't find any government issued ID (health card, drivers' license, passport).

Can anyone think of any conceivable way they will allow her on the flight?

As expected Air Canada said it was very very unlikely security would allow this, so we just ended up rebooking. Had read elsewhere online that sometimes they will allow people through after meeting with a supervisor, providing other forms of evidence that you live in Canada, and going through a longer security process includign pat down. But with the long lines at Pearson, chances are that wasn't going to happen.
