We are looking everywhere and can't find the $200 gift card we got for signing up for the Disney Visa. :confused3 I've heard that they can reissue cards if they are lost. Has anyone had a new card issued for the one you got for signing up? I feel like I remember something that came with it saying that it could not be replaced if lost.

It has to be around here somewhere! I think we put it someplace where it wouldn't accidentally get thrown away...

I have not replaced one but it is possible. You can also visit the Chase Visa kiosk at DTD and they can issue one there.

I think this is referring to the rewards card whereas the OP is looking for her giftcard that came with signing up for the credit card.

I believe they can reissue the giftcard if you have the card number, but may not be able to if you don't have that. Not sure if Chase keeps track of which cards are sent out to whom.

We had those also, (both DH & I) and if I remember correctly, they can be used by anyone, just like a GC can. I don't think they will replace them.

Definitely call them! About three years ago my husband lost a gift card he got for signing up. He did not have any record of the card numbers, but it took a very simple phone call and they sent him another one.

I gather they have some sort of system where they were able to track the card sent to him, and I assume they cancelled it in some form or fashion. At any rate, he had a new card in a few days.

Yes, jut call Chase. I accidentally threw mine away at Main St. Bakery once. A quick phone call, and I was good as new!

I called them and they are sending an email to their marketing department. She said to expect a reply in 7-10 business days. I'll keep looking...

I just got a replacement in the mail! pixiedust: I was really unsure if they would do it since it was the card given as a reward for signing up. I was sure I had seen something to the effect that they were not able to replace those if they got lost.

Now, I'm sure we'll find the original one around here in no time... :rotfl2:

I am glad that they helped you out and sent a new one. When we got ours I was paranoid of losing it because it does have an attached paper that says they are non replaceable. So happy for you.
