Has anyone lost a ticket, but had a copy of the original? My parents moved and cannot find their APs. I luckily made a copy of them and stored them at my house with my tickets. What must they do to get new tickets issued, if possible? I thought I read where if you had a copy of the ticket, you could get it replaced.

Thanks

Since APs are issued with your name on them, they can easily be replaced without a copy like you would need for a hopper pass. Just need to show identification. ::MickeyMo

Replacing an AP is easy. Just take ID to the guest services and they give you a new one in about 2 minutes> No need for copies or anything, just a drivers license or other ID
