Hi everyone!!
I just discovered this thread. In June my husband was diagnosed with diabetes. I immediately started both of us on path of a much healthier lifestyle. Both of us are down 35 pounds...I keep telling myself how great that is!! But it has become soooooooo slow and tedious. I can only make 1 pound a week now. (I know I should be happy)...but I find myself almost discouraged by it.
Guess I need a big dose of motivation & positive attitude!!

to get you through this. Just think you have come so far from where you were. Just don't get discouraged by this slower pace. I know I wish my weight would come off faster too but it just isn't happening. I know that you can do this. Just keep swimming.
