I was wondering what you do to kick up weight loss. I have only lost 3 pounds, but I am losing inches like crazy. My Dr. probably won't be to sympathic with the inch loss. Any hints to boost the weight coming off? I am doing Weight Watchers.
Congratulations on losing inches AND weight! As far as I'm concerned, how your clothes fit is more important than what the scale says. I was skinny yet flabby when I weighed 125 pounds. Now that I'm exercising with weights, I expect to eventually wear the same size clothes as in my "skinny" days, but at a higher weight.
I concentrate on getting smaller instead of getting lighter. If you are losing inches then you are losing fat. I'll bet your doctor is happy about the fat leaving your body. The pounds will begin to drop soon. I promise.
