Losing an ADR while booking

There's nothing worse than searching for over a month for an ADR and then when it finally appears, losing it while going through the ressie process online (ok well maybe there are worse things). I had just clicked on the page with your credit card info and was on my way to the page where you put in your mobile # and click the "i agree" box when Donald came up with the "server busy" error. I quickly called in but the CM didn't see anything available. I know I've heard that sometimes the ressies get "stuck" in the system for some time if this happens so I've been checking for about 40 mins now. Anyone have any ideas when I should give up????

Ugh! When I was making ADRs for our last trip I got an error in that last step and thought I'd lost the reservation but it did end up going through somehow. Did you log out and log back in and check your itinerary just in case it's there? Worth a shot. Sorry about that.

I would give it 60 minutes -- it happened to me more than once and whenever it reappeared, it reappeared 60 minutes after the first attempt (though, I must say that in most cases, the ADR was gone without a trace, so I suspect that somebody was booking it at the same time and was luckier than me). HAPPINESS!!!!!

When I called to speak with a CM it was 1:08. I basically sat here until 2:03 hitting "Find a Table" about every 15 - 45 seconds and it finally showed up!!!! I was able to actually grab it this time so as with Disney, it's happily ever after!!!! Sooooo happy!!!!!!

This happened to me today too! I've been looking at least twice a day for two months for a tomorrowland terrace fireworks reservation and I found one today for 5/2! Then I got an error and it didn't come back for almost an hour I was so sad!!! Congrats on getting your reservation!

Must be something going on in the system! Were you able to get it back? Such a sad feeling when you lose it but feels good to get it back!
