Lord of the Rings show - March 19th

I have 4 tickets for the matinee, March 19th - Princess of Wales theatre ~ but something has come up and I can't go now.

I put them on eBay

FYI my reserve is less than $350. and the tickets cost me $460.00+ Just a heads up for anyone who wants to go.. this is March Break (I believe) and they are front row/centre balcony.

eBay cancelled my auction today

and sent me a temporary suspension notice

I am not sure why. The value of the tickets is 460.00 and my reserve was 333.00

They said a scan of the actual ticket had to be included - which I did

Sounds like there was some confusion on their part. Your tickets weren't worth $300 each. They have a online communication where you can chat with someone in charge. I would contact them and figure out what the problem was.

Hi Damo, I have been all over the site in all the help/question/answer/community areas and I cannot find any 'live' help

Maybe it is not offered all the time?

If you go to the ebay.ca home page, you'll see a little box for live help in the same yellow toolbar that you use to search, as well. It's on the right hand side of the page.

Just clicked on it, and they're down for service, so I don't know how helpful they'd be... But for future reference...
