Looks like we're buying a new pop-up...

A guy that my dad and brother work with is selling a 1995 Jayco 1207 pop-up for a pretty cheap price.

We went to look at it today, and it looks like it's a go. Just have to wait till we get our tax return check (we always e-file as soon as we get all of our info).

All-in-all, it was in pretty decent shape. It's got 2 dinettes and a king and queen bed. It has rails on the outside where one of the tables and the gas stove can be set up outside. Structurally speaking, it looked pretty good. It needs to be cleaned up, but other than that, it's good to go.

Now, to get all our info so we can file our taxes, pay the money, and pull it home.

When I think about the best camping trips we ever had, they were in the two popups we had - an old used Coleman (c. 1976) and a newer Camplite. Those were some good times, and the kids absolutely loved those trailers.

After mom and dad sold our micro-mini motorhome, they bought a 1980-something Coleman. That thing was SO small, but we had the best time. I can't wait to make memories in this one.
