I thought that it was not yet complete--the non-Disney-owned restaurants are not included yet. When I looked at the brochure, I think there were only 2 places in DTD listed.

Okay, that's what I thought!

Deciding on what Dining Plan to use in May! I think we may just go with the Tables in Wonderland card, with the Annual Pass discount.

This. The non-Disney owned facilities all sign on at different times, some at the last minute, so it will probably be some time before it's complete.
