Looks like Disney won out over a cruise

Well I was planning a cruise for our family. After doing a cost comparison analysis, I came to the realization that Disney would give us the best bang for our buck. We did Disney last year for Thanksgiving and it was so amazing. We also did a cruise last year for Spring Break and it was equally awesome. Both were firsts for the kids. It was also my first Disney trip.

So now I'm leaning towards staying offsite this time. Last year we stayed at OKW. It was nice, beautiful grounds, great service, but after a few days the room seemed to shrink. Also, this time we're bringing my mother so we definitely need more space. I've just started research primarily using VRBO. I also am using tripadvisor like I always do to read reviews on properties.

Any advice or suggestions you have regarding planning for our trip, I am open. The plan is for spring break so that's March 31, 2012 - April 6, 2012. i love, love, love planning and am so excited we've finalized our decision. This time I'm letting my little one's take part in the planning process. First time, it was a surprise trip for them. ;)

Well, we've selected our offsite accommodations. It's funny because last year when I was planning our first trip, you couldn't convince me to stay off site. LOL!
