Looking up Room Reservation - error message

Hey all,

I'm traveling to Disney with a friend, and she booked our room under her name. She gave me the reservation number, and I tried to look it up. On the website I went to "My Reservations" and then "Retrieve Reservations." I put in all the info but I get this error message:

We are currently experiencing problems displaying reservations. Apologies for any inconvenience.

The thing is, I've been getting this message for over a week now and I've been trying every day. I'm just wondering if it's really a problem on their end, or if I'm encountering some sort of issue because I didn't book the reservation myself initially? Should I be able to look up my room reservation even if my friend made it?

I have been receiving this message off and on since we booked our first family trip to WDW back in Feb. The last time I got that message was yesterday and my DH saw it tonight when he was trying to look over our dining reservations. You should definitely be able to look up the reservation even tho your friend made it. When it searches for the reservation, it attaches it to your account. But this has been an ongoing issue for us so I think the problem is on their side. That website is always having these issues.

ETA- Annd I just checked it right now and it's giving me that error message again :laughing:.
 
Okay, thanks for the confirmation! Hopefully I'll be able to get it to work soon. I just wanted to make sure that the problem was on their end and not that I was going about it the wrong way!
