Looking to Rent points in Nov '03 should we try now or wait

My family of 5 are looking to rent 282 points for BCV Nov 15 thru the 22. Should we try to get them now or is it better to wait? We have 3 kids ages 5, 9 and 12. We think we would have to get the 2 bedroom. Is that correct? We've never been to Disney and the whole process is new.

Watchic - You will definately need a 2 bedroom villa. The one bedroom only accomodates 4 people. I can't advise you on when to rent though. Sandie B

I am guessing that if you rent them now, you'll pay around $10 a point. You may get them a little cheaper if you wait until a couple of months out, but then there's no guarantee of getting them. If this is really what you want to do, I think I would try to rent them now.

I am willing to bet that if you wait too much longer the dates that you have in mind will no longer be available. Demand for points has been running high because many of the members are planning trips themselves and are not renting this year, are selling their contracts and have frozen available points for the sales contract and there are many more people like yourself looking to rent points.
