Looking to buy: Can Disney beat $68/point for SSR?

Sounds like a good price resale, my only concern would be Disney buyig it out from under you via ROFR, in which case, you wouldn't be out anything except the time involved.

I sold a contract a few months ago for 66 per point. I think it will pass.

We may try to pick up one of those low cost SSR contracts at some point, too. It's not that we are dying to stay there, but my DM and DSF are! We used our developer points at SSR in January, and my DM totally fell in love with SSR, as it turns out. I had no idea how much until the other day, when she offered to take us on a cruise next year if we would use our AKV points to book them another trip to SSR!

I'd really like to grab an SSR contract so I could use it for them... and my AKV points at AKV. Those 60-something contracts are so tempting...

Disney seems to be waiving on Saratoga Springs properties we (The Timeshare Store, Inc.®) sell at $66 per point or higher with the buyer paying the closing costs and the dues on the number of points they are getting for 2009. Majority of our Saratoga Springs properties are selling at a price of somewhere between $68 and $72 per point.
