I was looking at all the Disney resorts at Paris DL, and can't seem to find any that offer a Queen or King bed. They all seem to offer double beds. Anyone know if they have larger beds, or if any of the ones with two double beds can have the beds pushed together to make a bigger bed? My wife and I are both pooh sized, and a double bed just isn't gonna cut it.

I'm hoping someone who has been to Paris DL has any ideas. Thanks!

The standard room layout in DLP hotels is 2 double beds (apart from Cheyenne where they have one double and bunks).
Some rooms do have one larger bed but you arent given this option to choose but you may be given this anyhow especially if there are only two of you. You could phone the hotel a week before and request this however they will tell you that they will make note of it but it isnt guaranteed

I think you should be able to request a king size bed. When I booked previously, I also made a booking for my sister in law and nephew. The booking agent asked me if I wanted 1 bed or 2 in the room, as there were only two of them.

I asked for 2 beds and that's what they got. I'm sure if there are only two in the party then you will be given the choice.

Best to book by telephone and discuss with someone to see what's available.

To be honest though, i've always found the beds slightly larger than a standard double.

The first time we stayed in the Sequoia Lodge I asked for one large bed in the room instead of 2 double beds (I always book over the phone directly with DLP). When we arrived we got a huge room with a huge bed on the top floor of the main building. We got the same the following year.

As others have said, book over the phone direct with DLP and discuss the options with them. Once you have confirmed what you want I would contact the hotel directly about a week or two before you arrive to confirm that what you requested when booking is still ok.

We had a king at the Sequoia Lodge...didn't ask for it, jsut when we got to our room it was a bigger room with one King Bed.

If not you'll get two beds (as long as you don't stay at the Cheyenne) so could always have one each.

We have a double at home, so aren't bothered by bed size but whenever we're in a hotel with two beds I LOVE having a bed all to myself!

Romantic, I know! :rotfl:
