I have two pins that are both limited edition.

I was able to look them up on pin pics to get the pin numbers.

I have:
a) # 51428 Tink Home for the Holidays Hinged door pin limited to 250 from 2006

b) #64970 WDW Nametag Mystery Pin Minnie ltd to 1600 from 2008

I am trying to find out what their 'value' is , what they are worth. Where would I do that or does anyone know?

JMHO, they are worth about what you paid for them. I would check ebay and see if either has sold recently.

they were lucky trades, so I don't know...None on ebay right now. I did find one site where they were asking $20 for the door.

Since you have the PinPics numbers, look at their listings. Do a comparison between people looking for them and people willing to trade them.

For example, I have some Figment pins where there are zero or one looking to trade, and well over a hundred having it on their Want List. These pins would easily sell for over $200 on eBay if I ever put them up.

But if you see a pin where the ratio is close to even, or even slanted toward more people trading than wanting, the best you could probably get would be the original price.

And also check closed auctions on eBay for actual sales.
