Looking for the Star DISigns w/ the Characters, specifically Toy Story!..

Hi, everyone!!

The last time we went to WDW was in 2008, & DH & I made a bunch of shirts for our family using some the fabulous designs we found here!

We're (finally!) headed back next month, & I'm trying to get some designs together for us again!

I know I've seen the star DISigns, but I can't remember where... I'm looking for the Stars w/ the Characters coming out of the stars - specifically Toy Story characters.

I'm not sure this is doable or not, but what I would like are a set of Toy Story Star DISigns for our DHS day w/ our names under the character stars --

A Mr. Potato Head for DH - Jason
A Mrs. Potato Head for me - Wendy
A Woody for older DS - Chris
A Jessie for DD - Beth
A Buzz for younger DS - Nic

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? And, can anyone please offer any help?

I'm trying to plan our clothes/wardrobe, & I'm realizing we don't have enough pairs of khaki, navy, & jean shorts for every day that we're going to be there. So, I'm trying to plan some outfits w/ some of our other shorts.

For our DHS day (which is when we'll use these great Toy Story stars), I'd planned for us to wear navy blue & green plaid shorts. I'd planned to put the designs on green shirts.

Do you think it'd be possible to maybe change the coloring just a little bit?

On Buzz, Woody, Jessie & Mrs. Potato Head, maybe make the outline of the star & the outline of the letters, blue?

I'm not sure how to fix Mr. Potato Head...

If this can't be done, that's fine!!

And I appreciate so much you making these designs for my family!!

Forgot to mention that I am working on downsizing the characters so they fit inside the star....making them easy to cut out. The 5 you are looking for were done.

They will show up on any shade of green, is that what you were worried about? Them not showing up properly? or like getting lost in the green? Because I just background checked each PNG and they look fine with all shades of green.
& about being easier to cut them out, That's why I make all my files PNG so when you print them they have no background so you don't even need to cut them out at all really, the backgrounds just don't show up, atleast it's always worked for me when i've made our t-shirts

Oh and I almost forgot RUSTMANFAN I LOVE LOVE LOVE your pegasus star, i'm obsessed with all things Hercules! I got so upset on my last trip (2010) that they didn't have the pegasus plush anymore at the emporium, I took a picture with the plush in 2007 but never went back to buy it (it was early morning and i didn't want to carry it all day and forgot ) I still hold a grudge

I knew I'd seen the stars somewhere! My problem is our trip is a surprise for our kids, so I have to sneak & look for DISigns & then find times when they're not around to actually request designs and copy & paste them into my WORD document!

But, when I just looked at your thread, I think I found another DISign for which I was looking, so I'll have another request for you!

It's wonderful that are so many great DISigners! You all have terrific talent, and I'm so grateful that you share your talent with us!!

No, I know they'll show up on the green w/ no problem - I was just worried that all the different colors wouldn't coordinate well w/ navy blue & green plaid shorts, so I was trying to think of a way to maybe unify them, if that makes sense?

However, if the designs can't be changed, it's fine!!

No they can be changed, I just didn't know that's WHY you wanted them changed. Just thought you didn't think they'd show.

What do you think though? Would they look better the way you have them?

I just don't want our shirts to clash w/ our shorts, but, if you think the designs will look best the way you have them, I understand.

And I love how they "burst" out of the stars!

I understand 100% what you mean I'm actually trying to figure that out now I redid them in a blue and white that way they all match each other, I originally colored them to match the characters, it's really up to you. As a design I like them colored the way I originally had but as a shirt I could see the blue & white "working" better" totally up to you.

And, I think I like them better the way you originally designed them too! Do you think your original designs will look okay on green shirts w/ navy & green plaid shorts?

I'm almost thinking that, yes, yes they would!
