Looking for the 'credit card'...

I have a request for a DISign. I've seen it done by several DISigners, but they don't seem to be designing any more...

Does anyone out there still do the 'credit card' type DISigns? If so, could you please point me in the right direction? I've tried going through all the photobuckets I could...and my eyes are getting crossed.
