Looking for someone named Tee who has a bad e-mail address

Does anyone know a "Tee"? I received this message but the reply came back undeliverable. They found me here so I'm hoping they will read this and contact me. I still have some points available and don't want someone to think I'm ignoring them.

Hi I noticed you had points available before Oct. 1, 2003. Do you still have points and what will you take per point?
